Important Update for EmblemHealth Providers: Starting May 1,2026, all EmblemHealth users of the current OrthoNet Provider Portal will be
automatically redirected to the new Optum Spine, Pain, and Joint Provider Portal. Existing users can continue logging in with their One Healthcare ID (OHID).
New users will need to create an OHID to access the updated portal.
To check the status of previously submitted authorizations, please continue logging to the Orthonet portal.
Important Update for Healthfirst Providers: Healthfirst users will continue using the Orthonet portal until June 1,2026. At this time,

One Healthcare ID allows users to register for a single health identity and use it to authenticate themselves to any application that supports “Sign in with One Healthcare ID,” including the OrthoNet
